Rossbin is a label focusing on works of
electro-acoustic, improvised and experimental music.
It is a non-profit organisation totally financed by
private contributions. We choose to publish music by
the artists we like, regardless of business pressures
and trends. We want to promote new artists and new
works which have a non-conventional approach to
musical form.

At the beginning of 2008, after six years producing
discs, we decided to make some organisational changes
in order to get closer to the spirit of the non-profit
concept. From January 2008 we shall donate all income
from the distribution of our catalogue to Divina
Provvidenza, a private institution based in Peru.
Divina Provvidenza works with poor and disabled
children, taking them off the street, giving them
schooling and a chance to get out of poverty.

We chose Divina Provvidenza because we know the people
involved in the project and were absolutely certain
that the money donated would be used for this purpose.
So we have stopped selling discs, and send them for
free to people who make a minimum donation to Divina
Provvidenza. We do not handle the donations; they are
sent directly to Divina Provvidenza.
